Your privacy matters to us. In this policy, we explain how we collect and use your personal data, and why.
Questions or comments? Don’t hesitate reach out via hello@onlyhumans.com.
At Onlyhumans, we don’t do old-times marketing (read: the occasional blitz on TV, radio or in print). Today’s journeys are highly individualised, so we aim to deliver the right message to the right person, day after day. To do this effectively, we need to understand our target audience – which includes you.
We use Google Analytics (which takes privacy and data protection pretty seriously) to learn more about your browsing behaviour. Without needing to know your identity, we can tailor our communication and ads to your preferences, and optimise your online experience. Makes sense for a digital marketing agency, right?
We collect most of our data via cookies – small files stored on your computer when you visit our website. They forward information to our analysis, marketing, and communication tools (like Google Analytics). No worries: your data are ‘pseudonymised’ and can’t be directly linked to you as an individual. Moreover, most of our external tools comply with the Data Privacy Framework, ensuring the safe transfer of personal data across digital borders.
The personal data collected via our website are processed based on article 6.1 of the General Data Protection Regulation. That means we process them because it is essential for our business operations of personalised marketing and website optimisation.
We never share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. However, your personal data might be shared securely with the third parties we rely on, such as Google’s servers when using Google Analytics. This sharing also occurs in a ‘pseudonymised’ format.
Website plugins are sometimes considered “a third party”. Our website passes information to our social media platforms if you share one of our cases or blogs using the share buttons. If you watch a video published on Vimeo or YouTube, user statistics are also sent to us.
Both we and our external providers ensure that necessary technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your personal data.
These are external providers we collaborate with:
Google: for web analytics tracking and personalised advertisements
Facebook: for personalised advertisements
LinkedIn: for personalised advertisements
In our cookie statement, you can find the retention period for all the cookies used on our website.
If you fill out an online form on our website, we keep the contents in our content management system and in the database linked to it. These data don’t have a specific retention period, because we swiftly follow up on all queries.
You’re in the driver’s seat. That means you have the right to ask us if you can check, change, correct or delete your personal data. If your request is ‘reasonable’, we have to oblige – and by ‘reasonable’ we mean that it doesn’t involve disproportionate organisational or technical measures. You can reach us via …
