Redesigning without borders
As a charity grows, so does its website. In time, the website ends up outgrowing its current interface, making it difficult for users to find the content they’re looking for. That’s when an overhaul is due. When MSF (also known as Doctors Without Borders) came to us with that very same problem, we made their website more user-friendly and revamped it with an attractive lick of paint.
Drawing various types of visitors, the MSF website serves many purposes. ‘How can I make a donation?’ ‘How do I apply for a job for MSF?’ ‘Where can I find information on MSF’s work in the field?’ Onlyhumans poured all these customer journeys into a clear and comprehensible structure. With mapping like that, getting lost is a thing of the past.
